Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Parcels are sent via APC and pallets by Palletline. All goods must be checked for damage before they are signed for. Once goods have been signed for it is not possible for us to claim against the carrier and offer any replacement goods.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. Unless specified in your order you will usually receive your goods 2-3 business days after ordering

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the suitability of the product for its proposed use. All faulty goods or materials will be replaced as soon as possible and carriage free. This does not affect your statutory rights as set out in the 'Customer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000.
