Online Shopping - We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your order, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details. Visitors under the age of 16 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.
Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Make a Payment Button' an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Home and Interior Gifts acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Home and Interior Gifts will take place when your order is dispatched. Except for goods that are made to your specifications, we do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for dispatch. Specially ordered goods will be charged on receipt by us of your order. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: product you ordered being out of stock; Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment; The identification of a pricing or product description error; Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions. Internet orders will be confirmed by email. Should you not recieve confirmation within 10 business days, please contact us on 01924 400651. Purchase by telephone - Our staff will be delighted to help you place an order over the telephone, advise you on the range of merchandise we offer on our website and help you with queries about payment. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, PayPal and Solo. Please note that Home and Interior Gifts does not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online.
All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, which is added to your order in the check out section. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Home and Interior Gifts endeavours to ensure that all merchandise offered on the website is available at the same price in our Heckmondwike shop. However, from time to time (particularly during Sale and promotional periods) we may offer additional discounts for purchases online from www.womersleys.co.uk that do not apply in the Heckmondwike shop. Additionally, items offered as sets on this site may not be offered as part of a set within the store and individual prices may apply. Our Ludlow shop may also run additional discount promotions at certain times.
Product Availability / Information
We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces. Substitutions will only be made with your prior consent.
UK Mainland Delivery: All items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Delivery charges are based on the weight and volume of the item being sent ranging from £2.50 to £5000 for large and complex orders. International orders are not accepted. Message Card and Gift Wrapping - We do offer a message card and gift wrapping service for online orders.
We guarantee your satisfaction and all products (except specific ordered items) come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. If you wish to exercise this option you should contact us by e-mail in the first instance. We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation e-mail will be sent advising the refund amount. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Postage costs will not be refunded. Where items have been sent but postage has not been charged any refund will be credited, less the actual cost of delivery. We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made. Refunds can not be given on specifically ordered items (Coloured paints are not refundable as they are made to order). It is up to the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the product specification before ordering and to ensure access is uninhibited.
