Womersley Range Hot Lime Mortar Colour Chart 

Womersley's blend finely ground quicklime with good quality sands in a pan mixer, producing a very fatty and lime rich workable mortar. Our range of Hot Lime mortars are achieved by using a variety of pozzolans. Womersley’s Hot Lime is highly regarded within the building conservation industry and were used on the recent restoration of the historic Ribblehead Viaduct. A hot-lime mix is a very vapour permeable mortar, with a good ‘sticky’ consistency and can be up to twice as breathable as NHL 3.5 Mortar.
