Online Shopping - We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your order, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details. Visitors under the age of 16 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.


Payment Methods

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, PayPal and Solo (No American Express). Please note that we do not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online.


Pricing Policy

All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, which is added to your order in the check out section. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. We endeavour to ensure that all merchandise offered on the website is available at the same price in our shop. However, from time to time (particularly due to fluctuating shipping costs) we may offer additional discounts for purchases online from www.womersleys.co.uk that do not apply in the  shop.  .


Product Availability / Information

UK Mainland Delivery: All items that are in stock are usually dispatched and delivered within 4 working days.

The cut off for order dispatch on stock items is 11am

Mix orders - coarse stuff, clay plasters,hot lime mixes are made fresh to order so may have a longer lead time 

Lime Green Coloured Mortars/Renders are made to order - 4-7 Working Days  lead time




Returns Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction and all products (except specific ordered items eg-  made to order colours) come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. If you wish to exercise this option you should contact us by e-mail in the first instance. We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation e-mail will be sent advising the refund amount. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Postage costs will not be refunded. . We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made. Refunds can not be given on specifically ordered items unless the error is ours (Coloured paints/mortars are not refundable as they are made to order). It is up to the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the product specification before ordering and to ensure access is uninhibited. All orders returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.


Damaged Items

Damages must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by e-mail.Damaged items must be signed for or refused as damaged, We will respond and advise what course of action must be taken in these circumstances. Questions regarding this Policy should be directed to us in writing at:
