Hot Lime:

When quicklime is added to sands and water it hydrates energetically resulting in a strong exothermic reaction, and the production of hot lime mortar. Adding natural pozzolans to the fatty hot lime mix before use ensures a deeper set and quicker carbonation on the surface.

Lime Putty:

A traditional lime rich and fatty mortar for repointing and building. Non hydraulic limes have various names such as fat lime, air lime and lime putty mortar which set by carbonation. Adding natural pozzolans to non hydraulic lime mortar before use ensures a deeper set and a quicker carbonation on the surface.
