Ironstone repair mortar is a blend of natural minerals and aggregates in a natural hydraulic lime mortar binder, specially designed for the reconstruction of stone, brick and decorative reliefs. Ironstone natural lime repair motar can be carved, sanded, dressed and pigmented like stone or brick to give a uniquely convincing look and feel.

This is a hands on training course designed for both builders and enthusiastic DIYers. This practical course will help you develop the knowledge and confidence to repair damaged brickwork and stonework using traditional lime mortar. Whether you’re looking to improve your professional skills or learn more about repairing older buildings, this course offers valuable practical experience under expert guidance.

This course is held onsite at Womersleys Ltd, Ravensthorpe Indust Est, Low Mill Lane, Ravensthorpe, West Yorkshire, WF13 3LN, starting 9.00am duration around 4 hours. Please arrive ten minutes early to check in. Limited spaces are available, with a maximum of 8 participants per course.

Clothing & Footwear

Attendees should wear practical clothing and footwear suitable for hands-on work that you don't mind getting a bit mucky! Warmer layers are recommended as the warehouse gets cold.
